Recruit Limitless Portal Access & Services Agreement

This Portal Access & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Recruit Limitless (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”) as of the date of payment. In consideration of the mutual covenants below, the Parties agree as follows:

  • 1. Subscription & Payment
    • Client has selected either the Basic Plan (upto Three active Hiring Request at a time) or the Premium Plan (up to five active Hiring Requests at a time). The Plan may be upgraded during the Subscription Period if Clients pays the additional amount.
    • All payments are non-refundable. Subscription begins the day after payment is received and continues for 30 days (“Subscription Period”).
  • 2. Portal Access
    • Upon payment, Service Provider will email the Client unique login credentials for the Recruit Limitless portal.
    • Client is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under their account.
  • 3. Hiring Requests & Job Descriptions
    • For each Hiring Request, Client must upload a complete Job Description (JD) containing: Company Name & Location Job Title; Salary Budget & CTC (yearly) Company Overview; Key Responsibilities; Experience Required Key Skills; Languages; Shift Timings; and any other relevant detail
    • Service Providers may request additional information or amendments if the JD is commercially unreasonable (e.g., incompatible pay/experience, non-skilled roles, etc.). JDs for unskilled or semi-skilled positions will be rejected.
  • 4. CV Provision & Review
    • Service Provider will present up to five (5) candidate CVs per Hiring Request.
    • Client shall regularly log in to review CVs. If a CV is rejected, Client must submit a rejection reason in the portal. Replacement CVs will be sourced based on that feedback.
  • 5. Interview Scheduling
    • For each accepted CV, Client will select multiple preferred time-slots in the portal.
    • Service Provider will confirm one slot via email and provide a virtual interview link.
    • If an interview falls outside the Subscription Period but was scheduled during it, the interview remains valid.
  • 6. New Requests Post-Hire
    • Upon hiring a candidate, Client may immediately submit a new Hiring Request, subject to Plan limits.
  • 7. Term, Renewal & Termination
    • This Agreement continues indefinitely unless terminated by either Party with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
    • Clients may not terminate until all outstanding invoices issued or issuable, are settled.
  • 8. Dispute Resolution
    • Any dispute under this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India by a Sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Language of proceedings will be English and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
  • 9. Entire Agreement
    • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.

By making payment and accessing the portal, Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
